MIAMI, FL – A pedestrian was taken to the hospital after being hit by a Miami-Dade Transit bus Thursday morning, according to WPLG.
Miami police said the accident happened in the vicinity of Biscayne Boulevard and Northeast 13th Street.
The pedestrian was rushed to the Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital. No information was released on the severity of the person’s injuries.
A portion of Biscayne Boulevard was closed to traffic while the scene was being cleared before reopening later in the morning.
