Apparently, the vessel had fuel and vapors coming from the engine, and when the victims started the engine it was engulfed in a sudden fireball.
First responders rushed to the scene and extinguished the fire. They transported the victims to Broward Health Medical Center for treatment of second-degree burns.
The victims are reportedly in serious condition but doctors do not consider their injuries to be life-threatening.
