News: Teenager hit by car while riding bicycle in NW Miami-Dade
MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FL – Emergency crews were at the scene of an accident that injured a bicyclist in northwest Miami-Dade County, NBC Miami reports.
Authorities said a teenager riding a bicycle was hit by a car Wednesday morning in the vicinity of Northwest 88th Street and N. Miami Avenue in the village of El Portal.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue crews responded and transported the victim to an area trauma center. The teen’s age and gender were not released.
No details were available on the circumstances that led to the accident.
