News: Single-vehicle crash on I-95 in NE Miami-Dade leaves 2 critically injured
MIAMI, FL – Two people were critically injured in a car accident on Interstate 95 on Sunday morning, reports WSVN.
The single-vehicle crash took place on I-95 in Northeast Miami-Dade County near the exit for Northeast 203rd Street, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
One person was trapped in the vehicle, and had to be extricated by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue crews. Both occupants of the car were listed in critical condition after being taken to an area hospital.
Details on what led to the accident were not immediately released as the FHP continues its investigation.
