News: Man dead after pickup truck accident near Dolphin Mall
MIAMI DADE-COUNTY, FL – Police and emergency crews were at the scene of a fatal pickup truck accident in Miami-Dade County Wednesday night.
The truck crashed into a canal in the area of Northwest 12th Street at the Florida Turnpike near Dolphin Mall, according to WPLG.
Divers with the Miami-Dade Fire Rescue unit went into the canal and pulled a man from the water. He was pronounced dead at an area hospital. No other survivors were found.
The exit to the Turnpike at Northwest 12th Street was shut down after the accident and drivers were diverted to alternate routes.
