News: Driver fleeing traffic stop in Palm Beach Gardens crashes into police vehicle
PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL – Police said a driver who took off after a traffic stop in Palm Beach Gardens crashed into a police vehicle on Tuesday.
According to WPBF, officers pulled over a Dodge Charger after seeing it was being driven recklessly at Mirasol Park, and found that the driver had a felony warrant.
The driver then fled the traffic stop and ended up colliding with a police vehicle at PGA Boulevard and Military Trail. No injuries were reported for the officer in the vehicle and the suspect.
The suspect was taken into custody after the crash. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
