News: Crash involving car and pickup in North Lauderdale kills 1, injures 4
NORTH LAUDERDALE, FL – Authorities said a car and a pickup truck were involved in a deadly collision in North Lauderdale Sunday morning.
According to WSVN, the vehicles collided in the vicinity of West McNab Road and Avon Lane at about 10:30 a.m. Investigators believe one of the vehicles T-boned the other while it was trying to make a left hand turn.
Five people were transported to area hospitals. One person, whose identity was not released, was pronounced dead. No details were released on the conditions of the four others who were injured.
West McNab Road was closed in both directions for hours during the crash investigation.
