MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FL – One person was injured when a collision caused a vehicle to slam into a convenience store in North Miami-Dade on Tuesday, WSVN reports.
Police said a Chevrolet Camaro and a Dodge Dakota pickup truck were involved in the crash. It happened in the vicinity of Northwest 148th Street and North Miami Avenue, where the Dakota ended up hitting the front entrance of a Kwik Stop store. People in the store were sent scrambling for safety.
A person inside the pickup was injured and taken to a local hospital. No details were released on their condition.
Police have not yet disclosed which of the drivers was at fault for the collision.
