News: 1 dead in rollover crash on I-95 south in NW Miami-Dade
MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FL – State troopers were on the scene of a fatal traffic crash in Northwest Miami-Dade County on Friday morning.
WSVN reports the incident took place on Interstate 95 south Northwest 103rd Street.
The Florida Highway Patrol said the driver of a Lexus lost control of the vehicle while headed south on I-95 and struck a guardrail. The car rolled over and at least one fatality was reported.
The southbound lanes of I-95 were shut down near Northwest 103rd and drivers were being forced off at 125th Street, causing major traffic backups. Drivers were alerted to avoid the area.
