Miami Sexual Assault Attorney Facing Charges For Alleged Sexually Assault
A Miami attorney is accused of sexually assaulting a woman after making a reputation as a defender of sexual assault victims.
Local10.com reports that 39-year-old Adam Bair was arrested after allegedly sexually assaulting a 24-year-old woman on July 20. The victim told authorities that Bair invited her to his apartment in order to show her a video of a court case, but began to kiss and inappropriately touch her once the pair was in the apartment.

After pushing Bair away the alleged victim went to the restroom, only to return to find Bair naked – the complaint says. Bair then pushed the woman onto the bed and forced her to perform various sexual acts, including intercourse, the report says.
On his website, Bair describes himself as a sexual assault survivor and says that the topic is “deeply personal” to him.
Bair has denied the charges against him, claiming that they are all lies.
