Lawsuit Filed by FIU Student Who Survived Bridge Collapse

Published reports indicate that a man who was riding in a vehicle which was crushed by the bridge collapse at Florida International University has filed a lawsuit.

Local10.com reports that Richard Humble, a sophomore at FIU, was riding back from a doctor’s appointment with fellow student Alexa Duran when the bridge collapsed on top of the SUV in which they were riding. Duran was killed in the incident, and Humble was injured.
