Former Miami Beach Hotel Manager Faces Lawsuit for Alleged Sexual Assault
A Miami Beach hotel manager is accused of sexually assaulting a patron, and is now facing a lawsuit.
WSVN.com reports that Anthony Banderas, former manager of the Waldorf Towers Hotel on Ocean Drive, was allegedly caught on surveillance video following the 20-something-year-old victim to her room where he allegedly sexually assaulted her.

Following the alleged incident, Banderas can be seen on Miami Beach Police body camera denying the allegation with frequent use of expletive language.
According to the WSVN report, Banderas said “They’re both in the condition, they could be raped 100 times…” Banderas was both living and working at the hotel at the time of the alleged assault.
In the suit, the alleged victim stated that she was “battered and touched sexually against her will by defendant Banderas.”
