Toddler Dead 4 Days After Falling In Family Pool
A toddler has died after falling into a pool on Monday.
Local10.com reports that the 4-year-old girl and her family were was visiting someone in the Chapel Trail Community in Pembroke Pines on Monday when she went missing from her family’s supervision. The girl’s family later found her unresponsive in the home’s swimming pool.
After rescuing the girl from the pool, those present performed CPR on her until paramedics arrived and transported her to Memorial Hospital in Miramar. Medical personnel later transported her to Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital in Hollywood, Local 10 reports.
The child later died from her injuries.
