SUV Crashes Into Miami-Area Restaurant – Driver Injured
An SUV crashed into a Miami-area Caribbean restaurant at about 9:00 am. Thursday morning, injuring the vehicle’s driver.
Local10.com reports that the black SUV drove through the front glass of the L.C. Roti Shop, located at 19545 Northwest Second Ave.
The force of the crash left debris strewn in the front of the restaurant, cracked a cement pylon, and left the driver of the vehicle with significant injuries, requiring first responders to transport the driver to the hospital.
Authorities have not commented on the driver’s current condition or the cause of the crash. Investigators with the City of Miami Gardens Police are looking into the crash.
