Serious Crash Leaves Vehicle Overturned on I-95
A vehicle was left overturned on Interstate 95 following a serious crash Friday morning.
FloridaToday.com reports that the Florida Highway Patrol responded to the crash on Interstate 95 in Viera near Wickham Road and State Road 404. Images of the crash showed a severely damaged and overturned vehicle, apparently with someone attempting to assist a victim of the crash.
The wreck closed multiple lanes of traffic as emergency workers attempted to assist those involved, and later salvage crews cleaned up the collision’s aftermath. Reports indicate that traffic did not get back to normal until late morning.
Authorities have not released information relating to the number of victims or their conditions.
