Reports indicate that a Pensacola police officer was involved in a crash during a pursuit on Wednesday.
WKRG.com reports that the officer crashed near T and Cervantes Street after engaging in a pursuit of a group of suspects who refused to stop during a traffic stop.
Apparently, the police officer was pursuing the suspects’ car when the crash occurred. No one was reported injured in the crash.
The suspects’ vehicle became disabled near U and Gadsden St. and officers were then able to apprehend the suspects after a foot chase.
