A motorcyclist is dead following a crash in Palm Beach County Friday evening.
PalmBeachPost.com reports that the crash occurred west of West Palm Beach. Westgate resident Clint Southard was riding a Suzuki motorcycle eastward on Okeechobee Boulevard at approximately 7:30 p.m. when he collided with a vehicle in the vicinity of the Florida Turnpike. Southard collided with the vehicle, driven by 32-year-old Khory Crawford, as Crawford was making a turn onto Citation Drive.
Southard suffered significant injuries in the crash and died at the scene.
Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office says that Southard improperly braked and then slammed into the side of the car.
