Three people were injured in a boating crash on the Intercostal Waterway in Highland Beach over the weekend. One of the victims died from his injuries.

CBS12.com reports that a man and two minors were involved in the crash, which occurred when the 25-foot-vessel in which they were riding hit a wake and lost control. The boat struck a dock in the area of 3310 Ocean Drive, killing 63-year-old Richard Patrick Mineo.

First responders transported the two minors to Delray Medical Center for treatment.

Authorities did not immediately release information about their conditions.
