News: Rollover accident on Florida’s Turnpike leaves 5 hospitalized
MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FL – Rescue crews were dispatched to the scene of a serious traffic accident in Miami-Dade County on Monday morning.
NBC Miami reports a vehicle was involved in a rollover crash on the Florida’s Turnpike near Northwest 12th Street at about 7:40 a.m..
Five people were trapped inside the vehicle and were extricated by the Miami-Dade Fire Rescue squad.
All five were hospitalized, and four of them were reported to have suffered traumatic injuries.
Investigators are trying to determine the cause of the wreck.
