News: Injuries reported in 2-car crash at Coconut Creek intersection
COCONUT CREEK, FL – Coconut Creek Police tweeted that they were on the scene of a crash with injuries on Thursday morning.
The two-car collision occurred on Atlantic Boulevard at the intersection with Lyons Road near Florida’s Turnpike, and was reported at about 10:18 p.m. Two people were injured and were taken to an area hospital. No details were released on the severity of their injuries.
Police said traffic was moving slowly through the area of the accident and advised drivers to seek alternate routes.
