News: Car crash in North Bay Village leaves 2 dead, 1 injured
NORTH BAY VILLAGE, FL – A car accident in North Bay Village left two people dead and another hospitalized, reports NBC Miami.
Police said a car crashed and caught fire Monday night on the 79th Street Causeway at the entrance to Harbor Island.
Two people in the car suffered fatal injuries while a third was hospitalized in critical condition after being extricated from the vehicle. No details were released on the identities of the victims or the circumstances that led to the wreck.
The incident is under investigation by the Miami-Dade police department.
