News: 2 bicyclists struck by hit-and-run driver in Hollywood
HOLLYWOOD, FL – Police said two bicyclists were injured after being struck by a vehicle in Hollywood Sunday morning, according to a report by NBC Miami.
Investigators said a driver lost control of a car in the area of Garfield Street and North Ocean Drive shortly after 7 a.m. Responding police officers found that the car hit the bicyclists as well as two light poles. The driver fled the scene after the crash and is now being sought.
The bicyclists sustained injuries that were not regarded as life-threatening.
