New details are becoming clearer about the woman who struck several people on the sidewalk in Miami Beach last week.

WSVN.com reports that the 75-year-old driver, Regitze Tauber Gamble, has a history of run-ins with the law. In 2015 she was apparently arrested for DUI.

Gamble was apparently not drunk when she jumped the curb outside a Miami Beach Café on February 24, striking several people and killing one.

Gamble had been attempting to park her car when she jumped the curb and struck the victims.

Police are still investigating the crash. The report says that police don’t believe that they will charge Gamble with a crime.
