A hit-and-run crash in Miami on Sunday left a woman hospitalized.
Local10.com reports that the crash occurred in the area of Northwest 72nd Avenue and 2nd Street. Apparently, a second vehicle was involved in the collision, but it did not stop and remain at the scene of the crash as is required by Florida law.
The impact of the crash was so severe that the victim’s car was left as a mangled mess, plastered against the side of a tree.
Medical personnel transported the victim to Kendall Regional Hospital. They have not given an update as to her condition.
