Hialeah Crash Involving Smart Car Leaves One Dead
A woman driving a Smart car died in a crash in Hialeah on Friday.
Local10.com reports that the victim was driving the Smart car near the intersection of West 35th Street and West Fourth Avenue at the time of the incident. The crash reportedly occurred when another driver struck the Smart car, ejecting the woman driver from the Smart car.
The driver of the Smart car died on the scene. While the impact of the crash propelled the other vehicle into a canal, the driver of the other vehicle survived.
Hialeah police have not identified the victim of the crash and police continue to investigate how the collision happened.
