A cruise ship crew member has reported fallen overboard from the ship on which he works, prompting a search which is currently ongoing.

WSVN.com reports that Carnival said, in a statement, “The ship’s command immediately returned to the location where the crew member fell overboard and initiated search and rescue activities, which are ongoing.”
The U.S. Coast Guard is currently conducting a search in the area of the victim’s last known whereabouts.
