Coast Guard Rescues Seven Boaters After Lightning Strike Disables Their Boat

The U.S. Coast Guard rescued seven people off the Florida coast after their boat was incapacitated by a lightning strike.

WSVN.com reports that lighting disabled the vessel on Saturday and was apparently caught on a cellphone recording.

The USCG aircrew rescued five women and two men, whom they then transported to a local air station.

None of the boaters were reported hurt in the incident.
