Brightline Train Crashes Into Vehicle in Lake Worth
Yesterday we blogged that a Brightline train collided with a vehicle in Palm Beach on Sunday, killing the driver. Now authorities report a Brightline train has struck a vehicle in Lake Worth.
WSVN.com reports that the crash occurred Wednesday morning and left the vehicle destroyed. Apparently, the safety gates at the train tracks were in the down position after a freight train passed by and continued to stay in the down position as the Brightline train approached.

The condition of the driver of the vehicle is unknown.
These are just the latest in a series of crashes involving Brightline trains.
A Brightline train also crashed into a pedestrian in Hallandale Beach on Tuesday, leaving the victim dead.
