Video: Water and Concrete Seen Falling Moments Before Champlain Towers South Collapse

The Champlain Towers South collapsed nearly a week ago, killing at least 18 people and leaving 145 others unaccounted for. As authorities simultaneously look for survivors and for the cause of the collapse, certain clues as to why the building may have collapsed have been discovered. One such clue involves a video of the towers shortly before the building came down.

Local10.com reports that a camera pointed at the Champlain Towers South garage showed water and debris falling shortly before the building buckled. The report indicates that the video was recorded on June 24 at 1:18 a.m.

Just minutes after the video was recorded the Champlain Towers South fell to the ground.

Rescue workers continue to slowly piece through the rubble, looking for any signs of the dozens of people who are missing.
