One person is dead following a Miami Beach crash in which a vehicle struck several people on a sidewalk.

WSVN.com reports that the Bentley ran into several people outside a Miami Beach café at about 6 p.m. on Thursday evening. The crash apparently trapped one person underneath the massive vehicle, resulting in good Samaritans attempting to push the car off of the victim.

“And people are apparently trying to push the car because there is someone under it,” said a witness to the tragedy.

According to Miami Beach Police, a 67-year-old man was killed in the crash. They identify the victim as Dr. Gary Prince.

Six others were hospitalized including a three-year-old child.

Apparently, the crash occurred as a result of an elderly woman who was attempting to parallel park her vehicle at the time.
