Good Samaritan and U.S. Coast Guard Come to Rescue of Boaters Off Florida Keys

The U.S. Coast Guard and a Good Samaritan came to the rescue of a group of people after their boat capsized off the Florida Keys Thursday.

WSVN.com reports that the group of five boaters was stranded at sea after their 28-foot vessel overturned about 12 miles off the coast of Dry Tortugas.

Apparently, the good Samaritan spotted the distressed boaters and met with the Coast Guard personnel in order to help them locate the stranded boaters.

The report does not indicate the cause of the boat’s capsizing or if any of its occupants were injured.
