Miami trial lawyer Elizabeth Carlin earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law, where she was a Merit Scholarship recipient and received CALI Book Awards in Appellate Advocacy and Property II. She also holds a B.A. in English Literature cum laude from Florida International University. Elizabeth has over 20 years of litigation experience, including extensive work in first-party property insurance law, employment law, and bodily injury claims. Before joining Hickey Law Firm, Elizabeth spent over 15 years handling complex coverage and scope disputes. Elizabeth is fluent in Spanish. She is admitted to practice law in all Florida State Courts and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
