Miami trial lawyer Lindsey Johnson earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from the University at Buffalo School of Law, where she served as team captain for the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court and was named Best Advocate in Trial Technique. She also holds a Master of Arts in Germanic Languages and Literatures from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy with highest honors from Rochester Institute of Technology. Prior to joining Hickey Law Firm Lindsey served as an Assistant State Attorney in the Felony Domestic Violence Unit at the Broward County State Attorney’s Office for over 4 years. She previously held specialized roles at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, including in the Sexual Battery and Child Abuse Unit, Traffic Homicide Unit, Hate Crimes Unit, and Misdemeanor Domestic Violence Unit. Lindsey has significant trial experience in cases involving domestic violence, sex offenses, narcotics trafficking, armed robbery, and homicide. She is also a certified law enforcement officer and has served as a police officer with the Miami Beach Police Department.
