Eli is a Case manager at Hickey Law Firm Accident and Injury Trial Lawyers. She holds an MBA from the University of Miami and a master’s in behavioral analysis from Capella University. Eli earned a double major in Psychology and Biology from the Honors College at Florida International University. Prior to joining Hickey Law Firm Eli served as a Senior Trial Paralegal handling personal injury, bankruptcy, and homeowners’ insurance litigation. Prior to her legal work, Elisabeth gained experience in healthcare and education, serving as a patient coordinator at a medical facility and as a corporate trainer at Astra Marketing, and a learning assistant at FIU. She is known for her strong relationship-building skills, creative problem-solving, and bilingual communication (Spanish). Her responsibilities include:
- Communicating with clients
- Drafting pleadings and correspondence
- Propounding and answering discovery
- Assisting attorneys in preparing for hearings, depositions, mediations and trials
