Victim In Fatal Florida Boat Accident Tells His Tale at Trial

Witnesses to a fatal Florida boating accident testified this week, in a trial which sees defendant Judsen Cunningham charged with negligent homicide while boating under the influence.

The accident occurred on March 18, 2016. In the video Alexander Staniszewski describes what happened on the fateful day of the accident. Staniszewski was a passenger in the boat when the tragedy occurred.

Chicago Tribune Reports Couple Missing From Cruise Ship in Australia

The Chicago Tribune reports that two cruise ship passengers, a husband and wife, have reportedly fallen overboard from a Carnival cruise ship approximately 185 miles from the coast of Sydney, Australia.


The details of the disappearance are still developing. 

The search is on for the couple.

Man Medevaced from Cruise Ship off San Diego Coast

February 01, 2019

The U.S. Coast Guard evacuated a passenger from a cruise ship off the Sand Diego coast on Thursday.

The man was medevaced from the Norwegian Star after he began suffering from heart problems at about 9:30 a.m. yesterday. 

The Coast Guard met the ship about 200 miles off the shore and loaded the man onto a MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter at about 5:00 p,m. He was then transported to a local medical facility in stable condition.

Elderly Woman Rescued by Coast Guard Suffered Head Injury during Cruise Ship Fall

Princess Cruises’ Private Island Ravaged By Blaze

A raging fire broke out earlier this week on a private island owned by a cruise company.

The inferno occurred Monday night at about 11 p.m. on Eleuthera, Bahamas, which is owned by Princess Cruises. The company told that the fire burned for about an hour and “encompassed several buildings on the south side of the island.”

Woman Medevaced from Carnival Ecstasy Cruise Ship After Fall Results in Head Injury

The U.S. Coast Guard medically evacuated a woman from a cruise ship yesterday, after the woman suffered a head injury while aboard the ship.

The 80-year old victim was rescued from the Carnival Ecstasy cruise ship at about 9:15 p.m. yesterday as the vessel sailed about 55 miles east of the coast of Savannah, Georgia. She reportedly suffered a fall, resulting in a head injury which required urgent medical attention.
