MIAMI SPRINGS, FL - Police in Miami Springs are trying to track down the hit-and-run driver who struck a motorcyclist last month.
According to WPLG, police released a surveillance photo of the vehicle they are looking in connection with the Aug. 23 incident.
It happened in the area of South Royal Poinciana Boulevard and Sheridan Drive, where the motorcycle rider was hit by a whit evehicle.
The motorcyclist was critically injured and transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Investigators believe the vehicle involved was a newer model four-door sedan that may have been a Honda Civic, that likely has damage to the left front bumper or left front driver's side. The surveillance image showed the vehicle on Sheridan Drive shortly before the collision.
